Piri Weepu writing description.

Tevita Fau

It was windy as I looked out from the stadium to see Piri Weepu leading the haka proudly for his country at night time. When he is leading the haka, he looks furious and mad like someone has just stolen something from him. Did you know that Piri Weepu was born on September the 7th? That means he is 28 years old.He looked as solid as a brick. When the Haka finished they all did the Pukana while the Australians watched in a terrifying way.

Now it was time for the kick off to start the match. The Australians kicked the ball high in the air for the All Blacks to catch. Piri Weepu rumbles, stomps and jumps as high as he can to catch the ball.

When I saw the black t-shirt that has the number 9 on I knew it was him and I cheered him on. He was zooming though the defenders like a cheetah and pushing the fullback away like a mad rhino. He dived for a try as his friends were happy for him.The fans roared “YEAH!” The kicker sets up the ball for the kick at goal while the crowd were cheering him on. He takes a step back and runs up and kicks the ball in with his mighty leg and the ball goes straight though the goal post.

Piri Weepu is my favourite player because he is strong and bulky like a warrior and he has never had a yellow card or a red card.
